In response to Covid19 pandemic impact on UK we have created the policy, which will apply to our guests and staff from 4th July 2020
We ask that guests cancel their bookings should they suspect that they may have Covid19 symptoms
We ask that all our guests and staff adhere to social distancing rules while on premises
Automatic dispenser of anti-bacterial / anti-viral hand sanitiser is installed in hallway at the front door for the guests to use each time they enter the premises and before entering breakfast room
Our staff will not enter guests’ bedrooms during their stay. Additional towels, toiletries and other condiments will be made available on request
Staff have received appropriate training
Public areas are cleaned thoroughly with anti-viral disinfectant, focusing on high touch areas, such as door handles, handrails, light switches
Guest bedrooms after check-out cleaned and sanitised even more thoroughly then usual: all hard surfaces cleaned with anti-viral disinfectant, in particular TV remote controls, light switches, handles, chairs, desks etc
Breakfast will be table service only, no buffet.
Only two tables located well apart in the dining room will be served at one time
Breakfast slots will be on pre-booking basis of 45 minutes. We ask that guests keep to the booked time slot as if arriving late will delay following guests
The table and all table ware are cleaned and sanitised thoroughly after each serving
